READ ME FIRST!
All EDI Support tickets must have TAGS added to them.
When a ticket is created from Chain.IO, then the tag 'RESOLVED' must be added, in addition to the client tag. (i.e. RIVIAN, or OST ASN, or MEDLINE INV, etc.)
All client names should be present to choose from once you start typing the client name. If not, please add the client name as a new tag.
When a ticket is created by a user (NOT chain.io), then ONLY the client tag must be added and NOT the tag 'RESOLVED'
These tags are needed in order to track the analytics for EDI Support tickets.
