Missing EDI997 for Invoice

Tickets from chain.io reporting a 'matching EDI997 file was not received in time' can simply be closed after assigning yourself to the ticket and adding the tag 'RESOLVED'

Many instances of these are inaccurate, due to the chain.io process of matching EDI997's with Invoices. We do not rely on their EDI997 matching to be accurate, at this time.
