Missing Yusen Documents
ISSUE: Staff has opened ticket stating they cannot locate Documents in RAFT for Yusen/Medline
CAUSE: RAFT has not processed the files timely
HANDLED BY: EDI Support Team
SUPPORT PROCESS Summary: Determine if Documents were sent to RAFT successfully, re-submit to RAFT and download documents from chain.io flow to attach in email response back to Requestor.
DETAILED STEPS:
- Locate the Documents based on the date shown in the Yusen email (generally in the ticket)
2. Search the chain.io Flow for client Medline, ‘Receive Documents from Yusen for RAFT’; Yusen is a day ahead of us, so when searching, create the time window one day earlier and later than the date shown in the Yusen email on the ticket.
- Make sure all files for the date window create are shown; Click ‘More’ to make sure all files are showing.
3. ‘View’ the file in the chain.io flow and Download the document from the Files section
4. Re-submit the file to RAFT by checking the box next to the entry in the flow and then ‘Resubmit’
5. Reply to the ticket using the template below, attaching the downloaded document to the reply:
6. Close the support ticket, after assigning them to yourself, and adding the tag ‘RAFT’
